You must contact the Court to obtain a different court date.

            The Nodaway County Prosecutor's Office cannot change your court date.

STATE COURT APPEARANCES
In order to obtain a new court date for Associate Division cases, contact the Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court at (660) 582-2531. This includes court for traffic offenses (held on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.) and arraignment court (held on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.).

The Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court office is located in the Nodaway County Courthouse Annex, 303 North Market Street, Maryville, Missouri.

Court cases are held in the courtroom on the second floor of the Nodaway County Courthouse, 305 North Main Street, Maryville, Missouri.

MARYVILLE MUNICIPAL COURT APPEARANCES
If your court appearance is for a Tuesday at 4:15 p.m., it is a Maryville Municipal Court citation, not a State offense. Neither the Nodaway County Prosecutor's Office nor the Nodaway County Associate Circuit Court can assist you on a City case.

You must contact the Municipal Court Clerk at (660) 562-3525 concerning all Municipal Court questions and requests.
